The estimated project Base Bid cost is $ 2,213,000 The work is to be accomplished within 555 Calendar days MBE/WBE participation- 10.4 %, MBE (15.3%), WBE (6.9%) Historic Building and Site renovation, including tower parapet removal & replacement
