As of January 12, 2024, this project has been cancelled. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The City of Durham is seeking a qualified consulting firm to provide stormwater program audit services in support of the City of Durham's permitted municipal separate storm sewer system. The City of Durham's Stormwater & GIS Services Division of the Public Works Department is seeking professional services to perform a National Pollution Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) permit program review. The City maintains a Stormwater Management Plan (SMP) and produces reports to the state annually describing work required by the SMP. Annual reports also describe other work undertaken voluntarily. No performance bond or payment bond is required for this contract. Still, the City may, in its discretion, waive non-compliance. This subsection (C) does not limit subsections (A) and (B). This schedule is the City's best estimate of the schedule that will be followed. If a component of this schedule from the beginning to selection of a contractor is delayed, the rest of the schedule will be shifted by the same number of days. The City expects the services to be complete by December 2021.
