The City of Durham's Stormwater & GIS Services Division of the Public Works Department is seeking professional services to perform a National Pollution Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) permit program review. The City maintains a Stormwater Management Plan (SMP) and produces reports to the state annually describing work required by the SMP. Annual reports also describe other work undertaken voluntarily. No performance bond or payment bond is required for this contract.
