The City of El Paso (City) is requesting submittals from qualified firms to provide On-Call Emergency Plumbing Repair Service for the Streets & Maintenance Department - Facilities Maintenance Division. The City shall order all of its supplies and/or services from one or more successful bidders (contractors) from time to time as needed. Personnel from other City departments may only utilize this contract with express written authorization from Streets & Maintenance Department - Facilities Maintenance Division and only if the additional usage is within reasonableness given the total awarded amount of the Contract. Last Day for Offerors to Submit Written Questions 1/22/2021 The initial term of this contract shall be for: Twenty-Four (24) Months. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive all minor technicalities, and to accept the bid or bids determined to be the most favorable to the City. Additionally, the City may accept a bid subject to an exception if, in the sole judgment of the City, the bid meets or exceeds the City's specifications. Project has been cancelled.
