Questions are due no later than 2:00 pm local time on Thursday, February 11, 2021 The purpose of this courtesy email is to inform you that the DeKalb County School District (DCSD) has issued a formal notification concerning our Advertisement for Sealed Proposals for General Contractor Services for Hightower Elementary School HVAC Renovation . Project Address: 4236 Tilly Mill Road Doraville, Georgia 30360 All questions about this RFP must be directed in writing to the Procurement Manager, no later than 2:00 PM, on Thursday, February 11, 2021, via the email address dcsd-op-bidquestion@dekalbschoolsga.org. Prospective respondents must limit their contact regarding this RFP to Mrs. Belinda Quillet, Procurement Manager, and Fred Christopher, Procurement Specialist, who are the assigned contacts for this RFP. Respectfully, Replace all existing water source heat pump systems serving the main classroom building. Survey of all existing WSHP Systems Determination of existing unit capacities, airflow rates, and connection sizes. Replacement of WSHP units with new units of equal capacity. Other work as identified on drawings. Addendum #1 has been issued.
