Contract #3: Furnish All Equipment, Materials and Labor for Superpave thin overlay paving on various township roads. This contract is subject to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act 442, Serial No.18-07802. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by Fairview Township. All bids must be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of 10% (ten per cent) of the total bid, made payable to Fairview Township. Payment and performance bonds in the amount of 100% (one hundred per cent) of the contract price shall be furnished by the successful bidders within 20 days after Notice of Intent of Award. Fairview Township reserves the right to reject any or all bid proposals. Fairview Township shall award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder, or shall reject any and all bids, within thirty (30) days following the bid opening. LOCATION OF WORK: Cameron Rd (T-916) from Beinhower Rd (T-877) to the end, Sunset Dr (T-948) and Sunset Circle (T-869), Hillcrest Dr (T-950) and Hillcrest Circle (T-870), Greenwood Dr (T-913), Fetrow Lane (T-979) from Pleasant View to Sharp curve past Fairmont Ave., Gurtner Rd (T-886) from Sunset Dr to the end of the Guiderail, Fairmont Ave. (T-684) from Gurtner Rd to Fetrow Lane, Hillside Ave (T-715) from Greenwood Dr to Fetrow Lane, Cider Press (T-988) from Sawmill Rd to Siddonsburg Rd, Redland Village includes Dorwat Circle (T-709), Kern Lane(T-723), Tassle Lane (T-739) and Husk Lane (T-718) DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The Contractor is required to furnish all equipment, materials and labor for the following items of paving in accordance with PennDot Pub. 408/2020, Section 412. Contractor is responsible for all traffic control, safety devices and flaggers in accordance with temporary traffic control Notice to Proceed will be approximately June 1,2021.
