Site work and renovation of a civil project in West, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The City of West - Water Plant No. 7 Control Valve and LAS Improvements project consists of: Qty Description 1 8-Inch Control Valve and Enclosure 1 Yard Piping and Site Work Improvements 1 SCADA, Electrical, & Instrumentation Improvements Proposals must be submitted on forms provided in Proposal Documents and accompanied by a Proposal Security in the penal sum of not less than five percent (5%) of base proposal amount, payable without recourse to Owner. Proposal Security may be in either form of a cashier's check or Offerer's Bond from a security company approved to conduct business in State of Texas as a guarantee that Offerer will enter into a contract and execute a 100% payment bond within fifteen (15) days after issuance of a notice of award to that Offerer. Proposals not accompanied by such Security or received after designated proposal time will not be considered. All questions about Competitive Sealed Proposal Process or meaning or intent of Contract Documents are to be directed to Engineer.
