The City of West - Water Plant No. 7 Control Valve and LAS Improvements project consists of: Qty Description 1 8-Inch Control Valve and Enclosure 1 Yard Piping and Site Work Improvements 1 SCADA, Electrical, & Instrumentation Improvements Proposals must be submitted on forms provided in Proposal Documents and accompanied by a Proposal Security in the penal sum of not less than five percent (5%) of base proposal amount, payable without recourse to Owner. Proposal Security may be in either form of a cashier's check or Offerer's Bond from a security company approved to conduct business in State of Texas as a guarantee that Offerer will enter into a contract and execute a 100% payment bond within fifteen (15) days after issuance of a notice of award to that Offerer. Proposals not accompanied by such Security or received after designated proposal time will not be considered.
