As of March 12 2021 project was already awarded to Dondlinger Construction but can't determine the awarded bidder, start and completion date. The Project is generally described as follows: Work includes furnishing all the labor, materials, and equipment for the construction/improvements at the wastewater lagoon facility and in town, forcemain piping, excavation and compaction, desludging, lift station, mechanical screening, aeration improvements, gravity sewer installation, gravity sewer rehabilitation (CIPP), manhole rehabilitation and installation, tree removal/trimming, street repair, and gravel surfacing. The general overall project improvements include construction staking, mobilization, erosion control, grass seeding, telemetry, and all other incidental and appurtenant work required to complete the improvements as shown and specified. Contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, etc. must register or log-in to view and/or download Bidding Documents. Complete sets of Bidding Documents must be used in preparing Bids; neither Owner nor Engineer assumes any responsibility for errors or misinterpretations resulting from the use of incomplete sets of Bidding Documents. A pre-bid conference will not be held. Bid Security will be required in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bidder qualifications may be required in accordance with Instructions to Bidders. Contract time will be set in accordance with the Agreement. OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive irregularities in bidding. This project is funded in part by Kansas Department of Commerce Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), a Kansas Department Health and Environment Revolving Loan (KWPCRF), and permanent financing from the United State Department of Agriculture - Rural Development (USDA-RD).
