Cok, Director of Contracts and Procurement Buyer Phone#: 803-581-2829 Buyer Email: scok@chestercounty.org It is the intent of the of the Chester County Detention Center to solicit proposals for a Chiller & Boiler, in accordance with all requirements stated herein Scope includes the removal and replacement of one Carrier Air Cooled Chiller with one (1) new TRANE (or equivalent) Air Cooled Chiller and associated isolation valves located at the chiller. Additionally, one Boiler is to be replaced with one (1) new Boiler and associated isolation valves at the boiler. Installation of "Future Taps" to allow a temporary chiller to be attached to the existing chilled water piping. Insulation, electrical, controls, start-up and commissioning of the new equipment is to be included in the final pricing. - Only one person per company will be allowed at the bid opening. - SC License will be required to perform work. - The model of Chiller and Boiler chosen will be left up to the discretion of the County.
