Renovation of a municipal facility in Penn Valley, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Est. cost is $145,000 to $150,000 Each Proposal shall be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty as specified in the Instructions to Bidders section of the Bid Document. A Performance Bond and Labor and Materials Bond in the amount of 100% are required. Also, a Maintenance Bond in the amount of 25% is required. The work includes, but is not limited to, delegated design for new masonry / concrete burn room; selective demolition; and construction of new burn room. Detailed specifications developed by the Pennoni Associates, Inc. Questions regarding the project scope shall be submitted via the "Questions" feature. The last day for receipt of written questions is end of business day of February 8, 2021. Attention is called to the fact that not less than the minimum salaries and wages as set forth in the contract documents must be paid on this project, and that the contractor must ensure that employees and applicants for the employment are not discriminated against because of their, race, color, religious creed, ancestry, age, sex, national origin, physical or mental disability, or because of a person's sexual orientation, gender identity or gender expression. The Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts thereof or to waive any informality or irregularity as deemed to the best interest of the Township.
