Site work and new construction of a clubhouse / community center in Upper Arlington, Ohio. Completed plans call for the construction of a 147,000-square-foot clubhouse / community center; and for site work for a clubhouse / community center.
The City of Upper Arlington is seeking prequalified bidders for the following project: Upper Arlington Community Center The Upper Arlington Community Center, located at 3160 Tremont Road, is a five-story, 147,000 square foot new build that will break ground in November 2022, and complete in the summer of 2024. Elford, Inc. and Continental Building Co. (ECBC) serve as the Construction Manager at Risk for this project and will be managing the bidding and award process. If interested in prequalifying for this project, please request, complete and return a Prequalification Letter and Bonding Capacity form from qualifications@elford.com, if you do not currently have one on file with Elford, Inc. (Please do not submit anything to the City of Upper Arlington for this opportunity.) To be considered for Bid Package 1, Bidders must be pre-qualified by August 24, 2022. Additional bid packages are planned for October and December, 2022. Bidders are encouraged to pursue prequalification now to be eligible for all three opportunities.
