SCOPE OF WORK: The project primarily consists of asphalt removal and replacement, pavement marking installation, and related improvements along Decatur Boulevard, between Cheyenne Avenue and Rancho Drive. The Project shall be completed within ninety (90) consecutive calendar days from the date specified in the Notice to Proceed, which time shall include resolution of all punch list items, final cleanup and demobilization. The estimated monetary range of this project is $650,000 to $850,000. A PREBID CONFERENCE will not be held for this project. Bidders are expected to familiarize themselves with the project site and conditions without the attendance of City representatives. Bidders are encouraged to contact the City's representative, Mike Hudgeons, P.E., with any questions or concerns. Apparent bid results will be sent to the email address provided by the prospective bidders on the signature page of the submitted Bid Proposal. The 1% Contractors List as presented in the Bid Proposal is required to be provided, this can either be submitted with the Bid or within 2-hours of the City's email notification of the apparent low bidders.
