Upgrades and/or expansion to the existing wastewater treatment plant. Scope to include upgrades to the existing lagoon-based system - submerged attached growth reactor (SAGR) with new aeration systems and a new sludge treatment system. TIMELINE: Municipal Class Environmental Assessment is complete. Timelines have not been determined as to when project will proceed into details design. Further update may be confirmed fall 2026.
