Description

Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

Solicitation no- 2009140191 Project scope shall include construction of a triplex lift station including; 14-foot diameter wet well, three 1300 gpm submersible pumps, all piping, valves and fittings, electrical controls, and all associated electrical and site work. Conversion of existing lift station to a pass through manhole, construction of a 5-foot diameter manhole, associated sanitary sewer, construction of a concrete driveway and associated tie-in to Colonial Parkway. The undersigned proposes, if awarded the contract, to begin work within five (5) calendar days from written notice to commence work is given by the Engineer, and to Substantially Complete the work within one hundred eighty days (180) calendar days from the date of the written notice to commence work.
