Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Charleroi, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; water / sewer project; for paving for a road / highway; and road / highway.

For general construction which includes but is not limited to: erosion and sedimentation control, removals, clearing and grubbing, earthwork, site electrical work, bituminous paving, concrete paving, chain-link fence and gates, storm drainage including rain garden and dry well construction, and seeding. This project is funded with grants from the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources and the Washington County Local Share Account. Pennsylvania Prevailing Wages must be paid on this contract. The anticipated Construction start date for this work is May 1, 2021, weather permitting. All questions must be submitted through elecronically prior to February 10, 2020, 4pm. Telephone and written inquiries will not be accepted. Consideration will be given to bids received from qualified bidders that perform quality work for the lowest responsible price. Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades and be able to obtain insurance and bonds required for the Work. Insurance in a form acceptable to Owner will be required of the successful Bidder. The following completed documents must be submitted with the bid: A. Bid Form Section 004100 B. No Bid may be withdrawn for sixty (60) days following the scheduled closing time for the receipt of Bids.
