Contractor Awarded Address: Burnsville, MN 55337-6911 USA Base and All Options Value (Total Contract Value): $41190150 The Bureau of Reclamation will be soliciting proposals for the Glen Elder Dam Spillway Chute Replacement. The work is located at Glen Elder Dam, approximately 2 miles southwest of Glen Elder, Kansas in Mitchell County. The work be performed includes the following: Development, improvement, maintenance of access roads for construction; Site development and mobilization of batch plant, certification, maintenance, and production of concrete; Demolition of existing concrete chute, including sawcutting and hydrodemolition; Concrete removal for concrete repairs; Excavation of rock, common materials, and clay tile pipe demolition; Shotcrete application to foundation; Grouted anchor bar installation into existing concrete; Rock anchor installation into foundation; Gravel and sand filter material placement; Drain pipe placement; New concrete chute construction; Concrete repairs; Installation of standard, retrofit, and hydrophilic waterstop; Unwatering of stilling basin, maintenance of unwatering systems, and removal of sediment and debris within stilling basin. The solicitation will be issued on or around June 1, 2021 for full and open competition. Proposals will be due approximately 45 calendar day after the solicitation is issued. Proposals will be received at the Bureau of Reclamation's Great Plains Regional Office, 2021 4th Avenue North, Billings, Montana. The method of procurement will be Federal Acquisition Regulations Part 15 Negotiated Competitive, issued for full and open competition. Once issued, the solicitation may be downloaded from beta.sam.gov. All responsible contractors may submit a proposal that will be considered by the Bureau of Reclamation. The estimated price range of this acquisition is $25 to $50 Million. The North American Industrial Classification Code is 237990. The small business size standard is $39.5 Million. Effective July 29, 2012, any contractor interested in doing business with the Federal Government must register in the System For Award Management (SAM) database prior to award of a contract. SAM is a Federal Government owned and operated free website that consolidates the Central Contractor Registration (CCR), Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA), and the Excluded Parties List System (EPLS). The vendors Duns and Bradstreet number and banking information are required for registration. Contractors may obtain information on registration and annual confirmation requirements at the SAM website at www.SAM.GOV or by calling 1-866-606-8220. Payment requests for the anticipated contract must be submitted electronically through the U.S. Department of the Treasurys Internet Payment Platform (IPP) system. The IPP website is https://www.ipp.gov. The contractor must use the IPP website to register access and use IPP for submitting requests for payment. If the contractor is unable to comply with the requirement to use IPP for submitting invoices for payment, the contractor must submit a waiver request in writing to the Contracting Officer with its proposal or bid.
