Demolition and site work for a residential development in Jackson, Michigan. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
Questions are submitted online No Request for quotations for the demolition of 1604 Merriman Street. Work shall begin no later than 10 days after receipt of purchase order. All work shall be completed no later than 20 days after receipt of purchase order. Liquidated damages will be assessed at $100/day for each day that the work remains incomplete beyond the time limits as specified herein. All structures must be demolished, water and sewer terminated, excavation backfilled and entire site cleaned and leveled to a safe rough grade, all site restoration work must be 100% complete no later than 60 DAYS AFTER NOTICE TO PROCEED.
