Renovation of a municipal facility in Ottawa, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Work of this Contract comprises renovation of the moveable wall between SAT 9005 and SAT 9006, located at Saint Andrews Tower, 275 Sparks Street, Ottawa, ON; and further identified as the project. Remove existing broken moveable wall between SaAT 9005 and SAT 9006. Replace with electric moveable wall with STC equal to or superior to 52. Remove bulkhead or build bulkhead if required. Investigate ceiling to confirm if closed and sealed properly between rooms. Perform STC testing to ensure installation provided has reached the STC requested. Please refer to associated documents for more detailed requirements.
