Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a water / sewer project in Fort Yates, North Dakota. Completed plans call for the addition of a water / sewer project; for the demolition of a water / sewer project; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

Contract 2020-1i, Estimated Cost $1,250,000 to $2,250,000 Includes Acceptance of Assignment of Owner Purchased Nanostone Ceramic Membranes, Installation of Two Membrane Skids, Removal and Replacement of Three Existing Mf Feed Pumps and Vfds, Removal and Replacement of Backwash and Cip Pumps, Installation of a New Amiad Strainer, Co2 System Modifications, Installation of a New Vertical Turbine Pump at Both the Existing Srrws Indian Memorial Intake and Pump Station and Ralph Walker Water Treatment Plant, Process Piping, Valves, Meter, Instrumentation, Electrical Work, and Startup. Most of the Work Will Take Place at the Srrws Ralph Walker Water Treatment Plant Located Approximately 13 Miles North of Mobridge, Sd on the East Side of Highway 1806. The Facilities Are the Major Source of Potable Water for the Entire Standing Rock Reservation; Work Occurring Within Them Shall Not Interfere With the Facilities Normal Operations. Contractors Shall Be Required to Follow the Standing Rock Sioux Tribal Chairmans Executive Order Regarding Covid-19 Face Mask Requirements When Working in Water Treatment Plant and Intake Facilities. Contract Includes All Transportation, Supervision, Labor, Materials, Facilities, Equipment, Testing and Startup Services as Required by the Project Drawings, Specifications and Contract Documents. Final Completion, Including All Equipment Installation and Testing, Shall Be Prior to November 20, 2021. Each Bid Must Be Accompanied by a Separate Envelope Containing a Bidders Bond in a Sum Equal to Five Percent of the Full Amount of the Bid, Executed by the Bidder as Principal and by a Surety, Conditioned That if the Principals Bid Is Accepted and the Contract Awarded to the Principal, the Principal, Within Ten Days After Notice of Award, Shall Execute a Contract in Accordance With Terms of the Bid and a Contractors Bond as Required by Law and the Regulations and Determinations of the Standing Rock Rural Water System. The Bidder Must Be Licensed in the State of North Dakota for the Full Amount of the Bid. The License Must Have Been Issued to the Bidder at Least Ten (10) Days Prior to the Bid Opening Date. No Bid May Be Read or Considered if It Does Not Fully Comply With These Requirements; Any Deficient Bid Submitted Shall Be Resealed and Returned to the Bidder Immediately. Bidders on This Work Will Be Required to Comply With Executive Orders No. 11246, as Amended, 11458, 11518, and 11625. The Requirements for Bidders and Contractors Under These Orders Are Explained in the Contract Documents. Bidders Shall Follow the Standing Rock Sioux Tribal Employment Rights Office (Tero) Regulations. Contractors Awarded Projects Within the Exterior Boundaries of the Standing Rock Reservation Are Responsible for Payment of Tribal Tax in the Amount of Two and a Half Percent (2 1/2) of the Gross Receipts From Each Prime Contract. Contractors Are Also Responsible for the Payment of a 1% Tribal Epa Permit Fee. Arrangements for the Payment of This Tax and Permit Fee Are to Be Made Prior to Beginning Work With the Srst Tero Director and Tribal Epa Director. Prior to Beginning Work on Any Contract or Subcontract, the Contractor and Any Subcontractors Shall Make Contact With the Tero Office and Complete a Srst Tero Compliance Plan to Be Submitted With Any Bid. Any Interested Bidder Shall Contact the Srst Tero Director Anna Cotanny (Acotanny@standingrock.org) or Directors Assistant Volney Fasthorse (Vfasthorse@standingrock.org) at 701-854-7295. Bidder Shall Be Responsible for Meeting All Requirements of Standing Rock Sioux Tribe Ordinance No. 165. Any Questions Regarding the Srst Tero Ordinance Shall Be Directed to the Tero Office. Bidder Shall Follow All Requirements as Directed by Srst Tero.
