The project is located in Missouri City. From the City of Houston head West on IH-10 until you reach I-610. Merge onto I-610 South and head toward US-Alternate Highway 90 West. Continue on US-Alternate Highway 90 West until you reach Fort Bend Parkway Toll Road. Drive south down Fort Bend Parkway Toll Road for 7 Miles and exit Lake Olympia Parkway. Drive 0.75 miles west on Lake Olympia Parkway. Turn right onto Parks Edge Boulevard and continue for 0.25 miles to reach the project site. For construction contracts $50,000 and over, the bidder shall submit either a certified or cashier's check on a responsible bank in the State equal to two percent (2%) cashiers check or five percent (5%) bid bond of the maximum total bid amount. Make the cashier's check or bid bonds payable to the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any or all irregularities. No bid may be withdrawn until the expiration of 60 days from the date bids are open.
