Demolition, site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Everett, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; for the demolition of a pre-engineered storage facility; for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; and pre-engineered storage facility.

Work being performed includes, but is not limited to, furnishing all labor, materials and equipment necessary to construct two 2.5 million gallon prestressed concrete reservoirs, approximately 740 lineal feet of steel 36-inch and 48-inch diameter water main pipe, 3,200 lineal feet of steel 24-inch diameter water main, approximately 2,700 lineal feet of ductile iron storm and reservoir drainage pipe ranging in size from 6-inch to 24-inch diameter, 1,050 lineal feet of sewer force main, earthwork for reservoirs, construction of a 1,400 SF CMU storage facility with small restroom and SCADA room, and otherwise performing all Work as required by the Contract, in accordance with the Contract Plans and Contract Provisions. The Project is located at 702 Edwards Avenue, Everett. All bids must be made upon the regular forms provided for this purpose and must be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount of the Bid. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularities or informalities. The City further reserves the right to make the bid award as deemed in the best interest of the City. The right is reserved by the City to postpone the award for a period of sixty (60) days after bid opening.
