Renovation of a water / sewer project in Cocoa, Florida. Working plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
As of 4/2/2020 no bids received. Scope of Work 1. Clean and Prepare existing roof surface to receive new 60 mil PVC roofing system. 2. Remove existing edge metal. Lightning protection system may need to be removed and re-installed. 3. Remove all roofing related debris and dispose offsite. 4. Install a twenty (20) year, no dollar limit (NDL) warrantied 60 mil PVC single ply roof system over the existing roof surface, using foam adhesive as per manufacturers recommendations. Ensure that blistered roof areas have been remedied before installing 60 mil PVC single ply roof system over the existing roof surface. 5. Install new cleated, aluminum clad metal along the perimeter. 6. Any existing penetrations to be flashed as per manufacturers guidelines. Heat weld all seams and flashing. Insurance 1. Provisions shall be made to protect all property from damage and the public against hazard or injury. All property damaged as a result of this work shall be restored or repaired by Contractor at Contractors expense. 2. Contractor shall submit statement of insurance coverage and comply with Citys requirement and agrees to keep said insurance in force for the duration of this contract. 3. Contractor shall hold City harmless for any accidents occurring to Contractors employees. Question End Date 2/4/2021 5:00 PM Anticipated Award Date 2/19/2021
