*The previous solicitation is listed below for reference. --- This project consists of new ground-up construction of a Behavioral Health Crisis Center approximately 48,699 SF The University of New Mexico Hospital (UNMH) is soliciting proposals from Design Professionals to provide professional services required to fulfill the scope of work for architectural design services for the UNMH Triage Crisis Center. The purchase of materials and/or services awarded under this Request will be subject to the Terms and Conditions as well as all statements contained in this Request for Proposal. New Mexico criminal law prohibits bribes, gratuities and kickbacks (13-1-28 through 13-1-199, NMSA 1978) The Scope of Work for the UNM Crisis Triage Center shall include the following key elements: Programming with Feasibility Study, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, Bidding, Construction Administration, and 11-month Warranty Inspection. The project team shall include as a minimum: Architectural, Engineering, Behavioral Health Consultant, Signage Consultant and any other design consultants as may be required and necessary to provide design services for a fully operational Crisis Triage Center for the intended use. Provide line item price to include FF&E in project. Design of a renovation and expansion of existing facilities illustrated in (Exhibit A). This facility is intended to provide development of crisis triage services in our community with physical connection to existing services co-located on the University Psychiatric Center campus. The design is inclusive of all requirements to provide a fully functional and operational crisis center for its intended use that meets the most current code requirements. The project program is to include but not limited to: Two patient wings with ten patient beds each, support services areas, offices, law enforcement areas with entrances, and modifications required to meet the most current code requirements.
