Site work for a water / sewer project in Maple, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
SWM improvements at the following sites under contract 1, Western Vaughan: Site 3 - Pond 87 (Villa Park Pond) Pine Valley & Villa Park Drive, max storage capacity 6,216 m3; Site 5 - Pond 95 (Accumen Investments Pond) Path access at 31 Kaiser Drive, currently a dry pond, max capacity of 10,631 m3; Site 8 - Pond 130 (Harmonia Pond) East of Harmonia Crescent, currently an uncontrolled outfall, max storage capacity of 2,107 m3; Site 12 - Outfall 38, ed of Ivory Ct/Saddle Tree Cr, currently an uncontrolled outfall, max capacity of 22,315 m3. TIMELINE: Construction was awarded to 2 different contractors by invitation. Only general contractors prequalified under RFPQ21-142 were invited to bid. Site 10 - Outlet TRCA 27, North Chatsworth Court, currently an uncontrolled outfall, max storage capacity of 107 m3 will be issued for tender later in 2023, now covered under a separate report.
