Provo City requests contractor prequalification statements for construction of the Provo City Southwest Lift Station. The Southwest Lift Station will be constructed along the south side of Lakeview Parkway, at approximately 2470 West. When the facility is operational, sewer collections to the Westside Outfall will be diverted from the Westside Lift Station and flow by gravity through an existing 42-inch collection line to the site of the new Southwest Lift Station. The purpose of this solicitation is to prequalify contractors for the upcoming bid and construction of the Southwest Lift Station, expected to solicit in February 2021. Any prequalification statement failing to clearly present all the requested information or failing to be in the requested format may be considered nonresponsive and rejected. Information contained in the prequalification statement will be considered confidential and reasonable precautions will be taken to protect the security of the documents. The prequalification statement will become and remain the property of the OWNER. The OWNER reserves the right to request a contractor to clarify any part of his prequalification statement. Response to such requests must be made in writing and will become part of the prequalification statement.
