Site work and new construction of a parking garage in Toronto, Ontario. Completed plans call for the construction of a 279,299-square-foot, eight-story above grade, 1,462-space parking garage; and for site work for a parking garage.
M-Site Parking Garage Construction Management Services (Phase 1). This RFP is being issued by Trillium Health Partners to obtain Proposals for the Mississauga Hospital Parking Garage Construction Management Services (Phase 1) from Proponent(s). Shared Services West is representing the hospital as its Bid Administrator. Trillium Health Partners is seeking Construction Management Services from qualified Construction Management Professional Contractors who have the skill, experience and resources to successfully manage and deliver the construction of a parking garage project. The successful Contractor will execute the Contract with THP, provide construction management services through to and including construction documents, various tender packages to meet the project schedule, selection of subcontractors and acting as the Construction Manager, as defined in the Contract, to the completion and occupancy of the Project.
