A timeline for the award is not yet determined.** The existing courts are located at the Grassy Plains Park complex acrossfrom 144 Estrell Drive. The court area consists of recently placed hot mix asphalt. It is our intention to color coat the courts with an acrylic sport sealcoating product. The courts consist of one (1) basketball court, two (2) tennis courts, and a circular court consisting of hockey and futsal.The required construction servicesshall include all labor, equipment and materialsrequired to color coat recently paved basketball, tennis and deck hockey courts. The projectshall be bid as a lump sum and shall meet the minimum requirementsshown on the plans and as described within the specifications. The work required to meet the Citys objective shall consist of, but not necessarily be limited to, the following activities: CONSTRUCTION PHASE: Required services shall include, but not limited to: 2 1. Preparation of all necessary shop drawings, samples, and submittals to conform with approved design elements. 2. Provide all necessary labor, supplies, materials, equipment, and services required for the complete installation and construction in accordance with the approved plans and specifications. It emphasizes that this project be done on a turnkey basis, with all features ready for traffic loads and storm water runoff. 3. Construction meetings will be held weekly with the owner/owners representative. 4. Contractor shall provide all certifications and testing (compaction, sieve analysis, etc.,) results to the Owner for review and approval. 5. The City shall produce the final as-built to assure the construction meets the plans and specifications. Contract Award: March 22, 2021.
