The fees for obtaining the documents, as well as all the terms and conditions of payment, are fixed by Organization and payable to the latter. Our office hours are 8:15 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Friday. Proposed bids must meet the requirements of the tender documents. RAIM incurs no liability for the fact that the written opinions or any documents conveyed by electronic system are incomplete or contain any error or omission whatsoever. Consequently, any tenderer must make sure, before tendering, to obtain all the documents and all the addenda, if any, related to this call for tenders. RAIM does not undertake to accept either the lowest or any of the tenders received and opened.
