Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Delaware, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
New two lane roadway to extend Penick Avenue approximately 680 ft. to the intersection of Cobblestone Drive and Rock Creek Drive. Project will include storm sewers, water main extension, raised median island, curb and gutter, sidewalk, street trees, street lighting, and other miscellaneous items. Connection will be made to a proposed school bus driveway being constructed by others at Schultz Elementary School. The Project has a Substantial Completion date of July 8, 2021 (which is expected to be 90 days after Notice to Proceed).
