Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Vancouver, British Columbia. Design plans call for the construction of a 1,601,119-square-foot, 36-story above grade, 1,928-unit multi-residential development; 74-seat day care center; retail development; and playground / park / athletic field.
Redevelopment of the Skeena Terrace site with buildings between four and 36 storeys including 1924 units of social housing; a 74-space childcare facility; public open spaces and sport court. TIMELINE: Preliminary planning is ongoing. A rezoning application to allow for the phased master-plan of the site was approved in 2024. Design refinement and tenant relocation is underway. Phasing plan timelines are yet to be determined. The project is subject to other permits being in place. Further update in early spring 2027. *The rezoning application was considered under the Skeena Terrace Policy Statement. Construction budget is unreleased.
