Services provided under this Agreement shall occur between April 1 and October 31, each year. Responder shall perform the following services every ten (10) days during the annual service period, weather permitting: litter control, mowing, edging, weeding/trimming, and cleaning. Proposals may not be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the opening date unless otherwise specified.Proposals received after the rfp opening date and time will not be accepted. Deadline for Questions - Monday, February 1, 2021 at 4:00 p.m., CDT. Answers to Questions Posted and Addendum Issued If Needed - Thursday, February 4, 2021 at 4:00 p.m., CDT The School District reserves the right to allow for clarification of questionable entries, and for the Responder to withdraw items with obvious mistakes. Any questions concerning terms, conditions or specifications will be directed to the designated Purchasing Agent referenced on the RFP Acknowledgement. Any ambiguities or inconsistencies shall be brought to the attention of the designated Purchasing Agent, in writing, no later than Monday, February 1, 2021 at 4:00 p.m., CST. The District reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals, and the right, in its sole discretion, to accept the Proposal it considers most favorable to the District's interests. The District further reserves the right to reject all Proposals and to seek new Proposals when such a procedure is reasonable and in the best interest of the District.
