To provide HVAC Water Treatment Services district-wide. The awarded vendor(s) will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, and incidentals necessary to provide HVAC Water Treatment Services. A Certificate of Insurance and/or ACORD form is required with solicitation submittal. Bidders shall submit with their Bid, a copy of their valid company business license. Performance and Payment Bonds from a surety satisfactory to DCSD must be furnished by the bidder awarded the contract in an amount not less than 100 percent (100%) of the contract price if the contract price is $100,000 or more. The DCSD reserves the right to accept or reject any part of a submitted bid, to accept the entire bid from one bidder, to accept portions of the bid from several bidders, or to reject all bids submitted or waive any minor irregularity. The DCSD reserves the right to award the bid under the most beneficial economic terms for the DCSD.
