Work included under this project at Shippensburg University, Shippensburg Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania consists of interior renovations to create the Freshens restaurant located in Kriner Hall on the campus of Shippensburg University in Shippensburg Township, Cumberland County, PA. Interior work includes selective demolition of existing materials and components throughout the area, installation of floor, wall, bulkhead and ceiling construction and finishes throughout the area, installation of millwork and casework elements, installation of food service equipment, and installation and modifications to plumbing, HVAC and electrical systems. Work shall include, but is not necessarily limited to, the furnishing of all labor, superintendence, materials, tools and equipment and performing all work necessary to complete all general construction and incidental and related construction at the satisfaction of, and subject to approval of the Professional and the University.
