Renovation of a mixed-use development in Oak Harbor, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a development.
As of February 28, 2023, construction is underway and expected to be completed mid-March 2023, however, an exact timeline for construction has not been confirmed. No further inquiries to be accepted. Proposed improvements include replacement of siding, windows, interior and exterior doors, flooring, HVAC, and electrical components. Additionally, the project includes installing a gas fireplace insert, new ADA restrooms, new educational displays, and septic system improvements. Designs shall incorporate the following recent improvements: metal roofing, parking lot resurfacing, and a new pedestrian bridge over the adjacent pond. The Contract Documents may be downloaded as electronic PDF files from the State's electronic bidding service at https://bidexpress.com at no charge. RFI's and substation requests shall be directed to the Project Manager, Michael Rowe, at michael@buehrergroup.com. The subject line of the e-mail should clearly read "DNR-210037 ODNR Magee Marsh RFI". Answers to any questions shall be in writing and shall be posted to https://bidexpress.com via addendum. *This project has been awarded and all trades have been let.
