Demolition, site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Denver, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 12,162-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility; and for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The Work of Project includes demolition, materials, labor, transportation, temporary construction and other items identified in, or reasonably inferable from the Contract Documents, Construction Drawings and Project Manual. Briefly and without force and effect upon the contract documents, the work of the contract can be summarized as follows: 1. Provide a single multizone VAV roof top unit. New structural support will be required. Remove existing roof top units supply and return duct mains and diffusers associated with existing RTUs. Provide new supply and return duct mains, VAV terminal units with electric heating coils, new branch ducts downstream of new VAV terminal units, new supply diffusers, and new return grilles to serve existing space. 2. Provide new building automation system with DCC controls for VAV mechanical system. 3. Remove & replace ceiling grid and lighting for new supply and return duct mains replacement. 4. Provide new electrical home runs for each VAV box. 5. Provide foundation work to support steel superstructure. 6. Provide a new parking lot with drainage infrastructure. 2020PM0000XXX 5.
