Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Marquette, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; water / sewer project; and sidewalk / parking lot.
2.76 mi of hot mix asphalt resurfacing, joint repairs, concrete pavement, curb, gutter and sidewalk ramps, storm sewer repairs, drainage repairs, guardrail, signing and pavement markings on US-41/M-28 from Front Street to Altamont Street and from west of Grove Street to County Road 492 in the city of Marquette, Marquette County. This project includes a 5-year materials and workmanship pavement warranty. Net classification required for this project is 9437 Cb Control Sec Job No Federal No NH 52042 128702A 21A0331 In addition to the above minimum prequalification requirement for prime contractors this project includes subclassifications of Cb, Ea, J and K. If the prime contractor is not prequalified in those subclassifications it must use prequalified subcontractors. Those subcontractors must be designated prior to award of the contract to the confirmed low bidder.
