Remodeling of a municipal facility in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the remodel of a municipal facility.

This project includes an interior remodel of a secondary entrance to the Lower Campus and an interior remodel of an existing classroom into administrative offices to create a secure entrance and office space. The work will include the expansion of the entrance vestibule, including a new glazed aluminum entrance storefront, relocation of a CUH, new electronic door hardware, incidental ceiling and finish work and mechanical and electrical work to accomplish the new secure entrance and office space. It will also include a remodel of an adjacent existing office space to create new offices and a conference room. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid, made payable to School District No. 272 as a guarantee that the bidder will, if awarded the bid, enter into a contract with the School District in accordance with his proposal and the project drawings and specifications. The School Board of Independent School District No 272 of Minnesota reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or parts of such bids and waive any formalities or irregularities in bidding. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days after bid opening without the consent of the School Board of Independent School District No. 272 of Minnesota.
