The Glynn County School System desires to retain the services of a Georgia Licensed General Contractor, under a Construction Management at Risk contract, in accordance with the procedures of the Georgia Department of Education June 1, 2021, on site construction begins July 1, 2022 substantial completion achieved At least 2 of the school buildings will be occupied from August 2021 thru May 2022. Notification of Award of Construction Manager on March 10, 2021.The work must be phased to allow continuous occupancy and portions of the work must be done after the school day and on weekends.
