**Project was awarded to Richard E. Pierson Construction Company, Inc. in the amount of $107,538,389.20. The intent of this project is to replace the bridge along Rumson Road over the Shrewsbury River on a new alignmentapproximately 85 feet to the south of the existing bridge. The proposed structure will be a movable bridge at the same profile as the existing bridge. The work to be performed under this Contract consists of the construction of a new eight span steel girder superstructure, including a steel double leaf bascule span along with approach roadway improvements N.J.
