Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Sauk City, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and road / highway.

The work for which bids are asked includes the following: Proposal A Roadway o Pulverize, reshape, and pave approx. 10,300 square yards (2,400 tons) of asphalt. o Install approximately 2,500 L.F. of new 5 wide sidewalk Curb and gutter spot replacement Excavation below subgrade and base replacement as required. Proposal B Chip Seal o Prep and sweep roadways Double chip seal for approximately 1.50 miles of residential roadways. Proposals will be considered and awarded separately. The anticipated substantial completion date for Proposal A is June 4th, 2021 and the anticipated substantial completion date for Proposal B is August 31st, 2021. No proposal will be accepted unless accompanied by a certified check or bid bond equal to at least 5% of the amount bid, payable to the OWNER as a guarantee that, if the bid is accepted, the bidder will execute and file the proper contract and bond within 15 days after the award of the contract. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality in the bidding and to reject any or all bids.
