Renovation of an educational facility in Renton, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Work may be generally described as replacement of door hardware. Please email Calvin Gasaway at calvin@greenegasaway.com to schedule your appointment at least three days prior to the date noted above. Attendees shall conform to the current guidelines of the CDC, WA Department of Health, and WA Department of L&I Bid Bond: Accompany each Bid with a certified check, cashier's check, orsurety company bid bond in an amount not less than 5 percent of the Base Bid. Make payable to Renton School District No. 403. Bid Documents Return: Deposits will be returned to Bidders upon return of the Bid Documents to ARC in good condition within 10 days following Bid Opening. Bonafide Prime General Contractors may obtain a maximum of 2 sets, and others a maximum of 1 set. Additional documents may also be purchased directly from ARC for the cost of printing. Documents may be mailed for the actual cost paid directly to ARC. Electronic Bid Documents may be obtained from ARC Document Solutions via download from ARC free of charge Prevailing Wage It is the responsibility of the bidder to go online to the L&I Right to Reject: The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive informalities and irregularities in the bidding, and to accept bids which are considered to be in the best interests of the Owner. Withdraw of Bid: Bidders may not withdraw bids after time set for the Bid Opening, unless Award of Contract is delayed for a period of exceeding 45 days
