Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Ramsey, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Project was awarded to Kuechle Underground, Inc. in the amount of $771,913.13. The Work Includes the Construction of Approximately: 13,965 Sq Yd Full Depth Reclamation 1,870 Cu Yd Common Excavation 1 Ea Hydrant Relocation and Misc Water Service Repair 1,070 Lin Ft Rcp Storm Sewer 1 Ea Hydrodynamic Separator (Design Special 2) 6,360 Lin Ft Curb & Gutter Des B618 2,640 Sq Ft 6" Concrete Walk 2,780 Ton Bituminous Roadway Paving 190 Ton Bituminous Trail Paving 55 Lin Ft Chain Link Fence 2 Acre Seeding / Erosion Control 5,850 Lin Ft Pavement Striping Together With Numerous Related Items of Work, All in Accordance With Plans and Specifications. This Project Is Subject to Prevailing Wage Rates, Truck Rentals, and Responsible Contractor Certification. All work under the Contract must be substantially complete by September 3, 2021. A Proposal Bond in the amount of not less than 5 percent of the total amount bid, drawn in favor of City of Ramsey shall accompany each bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract to other than the lowest bidder if, in their discretion, the interest of the Owner would be best served thereby.
