Renovation of a mixed-use development in Tucson, Arizona. Completed plans call for the renovation of a laboratory facility.

SITE VISIT is MANDATORY and a reservation is required by February 8, 2021 3:00 PM. Site Visits will be conducted on February 9, 2021 and February 10, 2021 at various times during the timeframe of 9:00 am 2:00 pm. Multiple time slots are available to accommodate safe distancing measures required due to COVID-19. Two (2) members of a firm will be allowed to visit the site. Firm must make a reservation for one (1) thirty-minute slot by February 8, 2021 3:00 PM. Reservations may be requested by emailing the assigned Project Manager, Mike Baker at mbaker@pima.edu. Time Slots for Mandatory Site Visit 9:00 - 9:30 10:00 - 10-30 11-11:30 12:30 -1:00 1:30 - 2:00 QUESTIONS and Requests for Approval of Equal Items of Equipment and/or Materials pertaining to this bid must be communicated in writing and be received via email by February 12, 2021 3:00 PM. (Tucson Time). Questions must be sent to the email address below and include the specified Bid Number, Project Name and Procurement Analyst's name in the subject field of the email. Any questions should include a reference to the appropriate page and section number of the bid. E-Mail questions to: do-bidsproposals@pima.edu. ANSWERS to Questions submitted in writing and during the Pre-Bid Conference will be posted to Pima Community College Website by 5:00 P.M. (Tucson Time) on February 17, 2021.
