The County of Santa Clara (County) desires to retain the services of well-qualified Architectural and Engineering firm Consultant to provide professional Architectural and Engineering services to assess existing conditions, develop architectural/engineering recommendations, on-call consultation, building code analysis, feasibility studies, designs, cost estimates, and other support for various projects for a variety of County structures. The specific projects range from evaluation of existing roof systems to complex repair and/or renovation projects, as well as new construction involving various architectural and engineering disciplines. Typical project construction sizes range from $50,000 to $15,000,000+. This RFSOQ may result in a single award or multiple awards. If an award is made, it is the Countys intent to award an agreement with a term of five (5) years, unless terminated earlier or otherwise amended, though the County reserves the right to specify the term length at the time of award. Each proposer shall bear all costs associated with preparing their proposal. All submitted proposals shall become, and remain, the property of the County of Santa Clara.
