Site work, paving and renovation of a civil project in Black Hawk, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
Concrete repair and replacement at the North Clear Creek Water Treatment Plant (NCCWTP), 6191 SH 119, Black Hawk, Colorado. Project elements include: remove and replace approximately 4,800 square feet of damaged paving concrete slab-on-grade, installation of approximately 3,600 linear feet of horizontal joint sealants throughout the full existing paving slab footprint, installation of a concrete sealer throughout the full existing paving slab footprint (21,000 square feet), routing and sealing of cracks. Work must be coordinated to allow for Owner occupancy of the NCCWTP at all times. The majority of the funds for this project are federal funds distributed to the State by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. As such, there will be federal requirements applicable to the project.
