Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to an educational facility in Keene Valley, New York. Completed plans call for the addition of a educational facility; for the demolition of a educational facility; for the renovation of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.

The Owner, Keene Central School District, will receive sealed bids to furnish materials and labor to complete Renovations and Additions to the Primary K-12 school. Each bid shall be on a stipulated sum basis for the following contract: Contract No. 4 - Electrical Construction (EC) Each Bidder must deposit a Bid Security in the amount and form per the conditions provided in Instructions to Bidders. All Bids will remain subject to acceptance for forty-five (45) days after the Bid Opening. Owner may, in its sole discretion, release any Bid and return Bid Security prior to that date. Checks or money orders shall be made payable to Keene Central School District. This project is publicly funded. The Bidders must comply with New York State Department of Labor Prevailing Wage Rate Schedule and conditions of employment. The Keene Central School District reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in the Bids received, or to reject all Bids without explanation.
