Final questions to be submitted by February 16, 2021 For Old State Utility Sewer Rehabilitation Phase II The work for which bids are to be received consists of: The labor, time, and materials for the cleaning, televising, heavy cleaning, and lining of approximately 9,230 linear feet of 8" diameter sewer main and approximately 800 linear feet of 10" diameter sewer main, bypass pumping, lateral reinstatement, and associated manhole rehabilitation of 43 manholes in various locations throughout the former Old State Utility Sewer boundary. Work shall also include all supervision, equipment, traffic control, granular backfill, pavement restoration (milling included), flushing, disinfecting, testing and all appurtenances necessary to complete the work shown in the Drawings and Specifications. All work must be ready for satisfactory and continuous operation, in accordance with the Drawings and Specifications. The above referenced project description includes items that are part of the Itemized Base Bid. The Contractor shall beresponsible for all work shown on the plans and described in the specifications pertaining to the Itemized Base Bid, regardless of the installation method chosen. The Evansville Water and Sewer Utility further reserves the right to waive informalities, and to award the contract to the lowest and most responsible bidder (or bidders), all to the advantage of the Evansville Water and Sewer Utility, or to reject all Proposals.
