Renovation of a multi-residential development in Rock Hill, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 58-unit multi-residential development.

Project scope consists of renovating 58 existing apartment units in the Keiger Street Community, located at 110-570 Keiger Street in Rock Hill, SC. The 58 apartment units are within 29 buildings positioned in clusters around five existing parking lots. The project scope will be executed in one (1) phase, which will be coordinated with the Rock Hill Housing Authority during the construction phase. The intent of the project is to renovate the Keiger Community by providing energy efficient upgrades. The renovations will also include three (3) existing ADA units, new interior finishes, new appliances and plumbing fixtures, new kitchen cabinets, new interior doors, new exterior doors and windows, new HVAC units, new asphalt roof shingles, and new interior and exterior painting throughout to accommodate the project needs.
