**The project has been awarded with the amount of $261,673.65.** The work includes disassembling the existing portable. At existing portable site, Hidden River Middle School, utilities are to be cut, capped and made safe while maintaining service at to fire alarm, domestic water, sewer, power, low voltage, security ect. to the rest of the site. At Transportation site where portable will be relocated Civil scope includes grading, paving, storm water mitigation domestic water and sewer connections. Electrical scope including power, communications and upgrading service to existing panel on site. Mechanical scope including domestic water and sewer service hookup. Relocate and set-up portable classroom building with existing access ramp and stairs. Bid Guarantee or Bond: Certified check, bank cashiers check or bid bond is required with each Bid, equal to 5% of the total Base Bid only. Right to Reject: The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularities or informalities. Withdrawal of Proposals: The right is reserved by the Owner to postpone contract award for the period of (30) days after the bid opening. No bidder may withdraw the bid after the hour set for the opening thereof, or before award of contract, unless said award is delayed for a period exceeding thirty (30) days.
